Even though David White Services had been serving a multi-county community for forty years, ownership wanted to ensure that word of their great service and experience was still reaching their client base. At the same time, they also wanted to reach out to new consumers about specific heating and air conditioning products. We created two campaigns to answer those needs. The branding campaign touted their experience, technical knowledge, and service while a consumer-based campaign talked about distinct services and products depending upon the time of year and the weather. That also meant multiple changes in artwork and focus, sometimes as often as every three or four weeks. We provided the flexible options that allowed them to continue to take care of their long-time base while expanding in their markets.
